{"id":10475,"date":"2016-02-01T13:16:53","date_gmt":"2016-02-01T12:16:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/klanglicht.buehnen-graz.com\/installation\/njord-spirit-of-the-wind\/"},"modified":"2025-04-02T16:00:10","modified_gmt":"2025-04-02T14:00:10","slug":"njord-spirit-of-the-wind","status":"publish","type":"installation","link":"https:\/\/klanglicht.buehnen-graz.com\/en\/installation\/njord-spirit-of-the-wind\/","title":{"rendered":"Nj\u00f6rd &#8211; Spirit of the wind"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>With their sound and light installation <em>&#8220;Nj\u00f6rd &#8211; Spirit of the Wind&#8221;<\/em>, the French artist collective &#8220;WeComeInPeace&#8221; won an award at the Lyon Light Festival in 2014 and has been represented internationally with their art project ever since. The light installation consists of 21 illuminated monoliths in which feathers dance an aerial ballet accompanied by specially composed sounds. <\/p>\n\n<p><em>Nj\u00f6rd<\/em> is a tribute to the Scandinavian god of wind, the installation itself in cool, Nordic design draws a space between mythology and modernity. The bottom line is that <em>Nj\u00f6rd<\/em> is above all a technical challenge that consists of uniting sound, light, the movement of the wind and the elements. <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>KLANGLICHT
