Pfaffenbichler is a conceptual artist and a key protagonist of Austrian experimental film. With his often opulent works, which oscillate between horror and humor, he opens up new perspectives on the world. The surrealistic video installation &#8220;PANDORAS BOX PARTY&#8221; shows high-contrast images of countless interwoven and distorted human bodies in constant metamorphosis. Projected onto the inside of the glass cube, the projection is only visible to the audience from the outside, but seems to transcend all real physical boundaries. The resulting eerie atmosphere is reinforced by deep, sombre and choral drones by musician Wolfgang Frisch.
